Based on the book Roadfood by Jane and Michael Stern, the show explores regional dishes across America.

Roadfood: Discovering America One Dish at a Time with host Misha Collins[edit]

This is a food and travel show created by executive producer Cliff Sharples and PBS. Season 1 has 13 total episodes that are located all across America. The host of the first season, Misha Collins takes us on a journey to explore communities through food. The show takes us into each of these communities and focuses on one dish that epitomizes that region through flavor.
