Rob Harvey

Rob Harvey (born 9 September 1988) is a referee in the League Of Ireland having joined the panel in 2010.

He is currently a member of the FIFA International Referees List having first been appointed in 2016.[1] He officiated three group stage games and a quarter final at the 2018 UEFA European Under-17 Championship which was held in England. He has also refereed a group stage game in the UEFA Europa League between Malmo FF and Lugano.[2] In the 2021-22 UEFA Conference League he refereed two group stage games. The first was a game between Lincoln Red Imps and PAOK and the second game was between Flora Tallinn and Partizan Belgrade.

He was appointed as referee for the 2020 FAI Cup Final between Shamrock Rovers and Dundalk FC, played in the Aviva Stadium. Due to Government guidelines in relation to the Covid 19 this game was played behind closed doors without spectators.
