Robbie Conceptuel (born September 29, 1998) is a Swiss technologist and designer focused in sustainable technologies, the development of advanced high technologies and extended reality (XR). Conceptuel has made significant contributions to the field of augmented reality (AR), with his projects achieving widespread recognition and impact.[1][2]
Career
Robbie Conceptuel's early interests with high technologies led to a significant moment in 2014 when he tried the Oculus Dev Kit, confirming his interest in augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR). This experience guided him towards specializing in AR, starting collaborations with Meta (formerly Facebook Group) using Meta Spark AR by the end of 2018.[1][3][4]
His AR filters gained recognition from celebrities like Ruby Rose, AuronPlay [1][5], Sébastien Frit, Patti Harrison and more, leading to projects with Universal, Warner Group, and Logitech. Robbie's pioneering efforts also made him the first Snapchat partner in Switzerland. His works "Dome" and "Orange" filters cumulates over 1 billion views each. Robbie has accumulated over 6 billion views on his AR works since 2019, marking his significant contribution to the AR field.[1][4]
Today Robbie Conceptuel works on Advanced High Technologies.[3]
