Robert “Bob” Martino is a national real estate developer.[1] with decades of experience leading groundbreaking projects in the greater Park City, Utah and Chattanooga regions, as well as California and Florida. Martino is also the sole owner[2] of Chattanooga’s first professional soccer team, the Chattanooga Red Wolves Soccer Club.

Career[edit]

Martino’s professional portfolio includes significant real estate investment and development, as well as construction of residential properties and mixed-use communities. In Utah[3], Martino has developed and redeveloped office space, medical offices, multi-family housing and commercial space, as well as sports-related complexes for soccer and golf.

He spent several years as a controller with Stouffer Foods prior to representing a national restaurant company as Chief Financial Officer. In the 1980s, he started companies relating to equipment financing, real estate financing and investment, as well as residential construction. A decade later, he began developing large scale communities and serving as a general contractor in road and utility construction. His professional portfolio has amounted to over $1 billion in real estate investment.

In coordination with the United Soccer League, Martino founded the Chattanooga Red Wolves Soccer Club in 2018[4] and is currently developing the amenities[5] surrounding the state’s first professional soccer stadium, CHI Memorial Stadium[6], totaling a $150 million investment in the area[7]. In addition to the Red Wolves professional franchise in Chattanooga, Martino is the owner of the Park City Red Wolves[8] and the Dalton Red Wolves, both members of the USL League Two division[9]. Meanwhile, the Lady Red Wolves will join the newly created USL W League as a founding member and begin play in 2022.[10]
