Roland Seer

Born in Otepää[1] (June 16, 1987), Roland Seer is an Estonian[2] animator, art teacher at Tartu Kunstikool[3] and musician. He is the founder of Tartu multifilm and Co-founder of Ö-Stuudio in Tartu[4], Tehase-19a.
