Ron Spencer

Ron Spencer is a veteran British comic artist whose credits include Baby-Face Finlayson, The Nibblers, Little Plum (taking over Leo Baxendale) in the Beano and Peter's pocket Grandpa and Dinah Mo in the Dandy.
He is not to be confused with the American comic artist also called Ron Spencer.
