Ronnie Prassas (born April 7, 1989) is an entrepreneur, experienced estate manager and the founder of innovative enterprises, Candid Sync and myEstateStaff.com.

With his amazing entrepreneurial skills, he has paved a way for himself in the private service industry working for UHNW families and celebrities as their Butler / Estate Manager.

Early Life and Education

Ronnie was born and grew up in a small town in Haddonfield, New Jersey. He has three older sisters and they all went to the same high school.

He grew up having dyslexia and always had a problem in school. He was informed by teachers that college wouldn’t be for him and he wouldn’t succeed.

He went to college in 2008 and proved them all wrong, graduating from Lynn University with a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management in 2012.

Career

Three days after he graduated, he came across a position online and applied for a Jr Butler position.

He got the Jr Butler position and started working for a very well-known powerful attorney, with that he successfully advanced his career staying with the family for six years. He worked his way up to become the Estate Manager / Chauffeur and Butler.

During his employment, he started a very successful transportation company called “Shuttle Dudes Your Car…Our Dudes.” It helped prevent drunk driving by transporting the driver and their car home safely. He was featured in a dozen magazines and news broadcasts. The business was a great success, so he decided to sell it for a profit.

In February 2018 he relocated to NYC for a part-time summer position working for a well-known UHNW A-list celebrity. The celebrity supplied living accommodations all over the world and it was a great experience.

After his part time contract was up, he started applying for other Butler / Estate manager positions nationwide. Throughout the hiring process he was offered plenty of opportunities but decided to wait for the perfect one. That opportunity arrived in March 2019 for a well-known A-list celebrity musician. He is currently still in this position.

Having dedicated his career in the private service industry and working for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, Ronnie built a team of employees to help him build a private service job board site. This was when he founded myEstateStaff, a platform for domestic service jobs and career opportunities. Ronnie built this brand to assist upcoming hospitality graduates or individuals seeking a new career path.

Working for prominent personalities exposed Ronnie to many lessons and helped him identify the needs of the hour. He then realized the importance of branding and creating a personal profile, for which professional photographers are required.

Prassas then thought of creating a mobile platform APP to bridge the gap between branding and photography by providing access to quality photographers nearby. This led to the launch of Candid Sync in 2022.

Personal Life

Ronnie Prassas is currently based in New York City. He has lived there since 2018 and throughout his time here he has seen the city change and loves finding new architecture to photograph all the time.
