Biography
Roq-E Born in Salt Lake City, Utah on the 10th of January 1989. a mountain Mexican artist from Salt Lake City with a passion for creating diverse music, especially hip hop and rap. I started making music when I was just 12 years old, inspired by the rich sounds around me and a desire to tell my story. In 2017, I founded Puravida Entertainment, a collaborative camp where a group of talented artists work together to push creative boundaries. We’ve had the opportunity to create music with big names like Lil Dump, NBA YoungBoy, and Kap G from Atlanta. We’re also connected with Tobi Ali, the creator behind Johnny Dang with Mexican OT. Our camp works closely with local Utah artists, and our studio has become known as the Mecca of Utah rap. Through blending genres and collaborating with diverse talents, my goal is to build a community that resonates deeply with listeners and brings fresh perspectives to the music industry.”
