Rosalie Rotolo (born 1973/1974 (age 52–53)[lower-alpha 1]), formerly Rosalie Rotolo-Hassan, is an Australian politician, and has represented the district of Unley in the South Australian House of Assembly since the 2026 state election. Rotolo is a member of the Liberal Party, and has previously owned the small business Bottega Rotolo.
Career
Rotolo, the daughter of Italian immigrants, started the Bottega Rotolo business in the late 1990s, a high-end food store focusing on gourmet European products, based mainly in the Adelaide suburb of Norwood. Rotolo sold the business in 2022.[3] The Advertiser reported in October 2024 that she was likely to replace retiring Liberal MP David Pisoni as the Liberal candidate in Unley at the 2026 state election.[4] Rotolo was successful at the 2026 election, and was elected as MP for Unley.
