Rosary School, Abu Dhabi is a private co-educational school located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.[1] Established in 1969, it is one of the oldest schools in the emirate and has been established and run by the Rosary Sisters of the Rosary Congregation from Jerusalem.[2] The school follows the curriculum of the UAE Ministry of Education and offers education from kindergarten through Grade 12.[3][4]
History
Rosary School was founded in 1969 on land granted by Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, to serve the educational needs of the growing expatriate and local community in Abu Dhabi.[5][not in citation given] Since its founding, the school has expanded significantly in student population and infrastructure, becoming one of the long-established private schools in the emirate.[6]
