RoseMarie Reyes (born January 13, 1986) is an American print model and actress.[1]

Early life[edit]

Reyes is of Dominican descent and grew up in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The older of two children, her first language is Spanish. She graduated in 2004 from Washington Irving High School in Manhattan. Reyes always had a passion for Entertainment and Arts.

Career[edit]

Discovered while shopping, Reyes started her career at the age of eighteen and quickly became a popular model within the urban industry. Reyes appeared in numerous hip hop music videos, and on the album cover of Raheem DeVaughn - The Love Experience. Commercial work followed with the advertising campaign for French telecommunications company GreenN Network; as the face of the “L’esprit Mobile” brand which was supported with billboards and press throughout France and Europe.

After a successful career aspiring models seeking advice/contacts within the modelling industry inundated Reyes. Reyes and celebrity model Rosa Acosta founded the Model Breakthrough Workshop dedicated to training and empowering “urban models”. The first seminar was held in New York, January 2012.

Reyes has studied acting under Flo Salant Greenberg

Reyes appeared in the film Brooklyn's Finest directed by Antoine Fuqua.

Reyes worked with Martin Scorsese on HBO's Boardwalk Empire and is currently (April 2012) the permanent stand-in for Meagan Good filming the pilot series Notorious on NBC.
