Rosinka International Residences is a gated community located north west of Moscow, Russia. Rosinka means ‘dewdrop’ in Russian[1][2][3][4]
The community was founded in 1990, and became publically available on the market in 1992, by a Russian diplomat Oleg Zaharov and American developer Nolan Kerschner to house American Embassy employees with families and young children.[5] Rosinka suburban design was intended to simulate American cul-de-sac family living.[2] The community consists of 220 houses spread over 59 hectares.[6]
