Route Of A Rapper is Wild Wes's third studio album. This album was planned to release in May of 2019. The album is influenced by Raw Breed's Lune Tunz. It's the first album to be self-released by Wild Wes. It's also his first album to have explicit lyrics. The album will release on multiple platforms. It is planned to release on Spotify, Amazon Music, iTunes, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Deezer, Tidal, and Napster. The album has also gotten praise from PepsiHard, one of Wild Wes' biggest fans. The album was released with RouteNote, a music distribution software.
Background
This album started right after Perfect Attendance was finished. The album started production April 29th of 2019. The album started writing April 28th 2019 and the album started recording May 1st of 2019. Wild Wes claims that this album won't be as long as his first two studio albums. The album is planned to have 2 actual singles, with at least one music video. This album was made without any help or questions, hence the song 'I Do It My Way.' The album also has a track complaining about how the world stinks. The album is heavily influenced by hip hop group Raw Breed. It's entirely produced by Wild Wes. The album hasn't been confirmed on Twitter, apart from a post telling his fans, "New album in the works. Self-released and full of the FUNK!!!!" Telling his fans that a new album is currently in the pre-writing stages. The album is planned to have actual reviews from real people. While his first two albums were released by Flex Entertainment, this album will fully be self-released. On top of that, it will be released on Spotify, Amazon Music, YouTube, Pandora, Deezer, and Tidal. The album is estimated to be at a length of 47 minutes while the Graduation Edition will be 55 minutes. The Graduation Edition is the bonus track album with a different color cover and more tracks. Given Him A Chance is a diss track on SamTheBozz due to the beef of him being rude and telling people he can't make music. Sam is dissed a lot on the album and it's throughout almost every song.

The album has 18 tracks with 6 tracks being short and 12 tracks being actual tracks. The album will be promoted via YouTube and popular websites. The Graduation Edition will come out when complete. The album is planned to be FULLY produced and fully finished by Wild Wes, except track 16 produced by B.Strong.
Singles
Not A Boss was released on May 7th 2019. It was a diss on Samthebozz. Then on May 10th, Given Him A Chance releases which is another Samthebozz diss. Then Where's My Medal releases a week later.
Graduation Edition
Graduation Edition is a planned version of the album that comes out a week after the release of the album. The Graduation Edition release of the album will contain 4 bonus tracks, a new cover, and a digital download, which will be free. All 4 tracks will be released on YouTube with the cover art. Graduation Edition is planned for an August release. (This could depend on the date the album releases) all 4 tracks play after Watch out, once those 4 tracks are done then The Conclusion plays.
Releases
There will be a demo, album cuts, best tracks, album releasing on YouTube on May 24th. The demo tape will include at least 3 tracks. The best will be chosen but will be shortened to a minute.
Promotion
Two singles are planned for releases. I Do It My Way is planned to release May 3rd, 2019. Nobody Knows plans to release two weeks later. The album cover will be shown on Twitter on May 3rd, 2019. The boxart was made with befunky.
Writing
Writing started April 30th when the album wasn't even thought of. The writing is planned to end on May 10th of 2019.
Recording
Recording for the album started on May 1st to celebrate the month of May. May is Wesley's second favorite month. Recording is planned to end (estimate) on May 17th 2019.
