Royal Open University (ROU), is a university in Uganda, accredited by the International Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (QAHE).[3] [4]

Location[edit]

ROU's main campus is located at Pacific Building, 1-13 Ndeeba Road, in Rubaga division, district of Kampala, the capital and largest city of Uganda. The coordinates of ROU are 0.2928408°, 32.5669481°

History[edit]

ROU was accredited by the [1] in June 2022. In the same year, it was approved to offer courses to students in Commonwealth (including UK & Australia) by International Approval & Recognition Centre.[5]
