The Rubies Mod by Eric Creation can be downloaded at the Minecraft CurseForge.
Ruby Ore can be found from Y=1 to Y=10. Ruby Ore is rarer than diamonds but more common than Emeralds. It will drop 1-3 Rubies when mined with a non-enchanted Diamond Pickaxe or Ruby Pickaxe. Ruby tools have twice the durability of diamond tools and it's the same with Ruby armor. Recipies can be found by downloading the JEI mod also at the Minecraft CurseForge.
