Rudis is a sporting goods company that sells athletic gear and clothing for the wrestling community. Rudis is currently headquartered in Marysville Ohio, the company employs between 29 and 50 personnel and has rapidly grown since their founding in 2013.[1]

Rudis was founded in 2013 by wrestlers Jesse Leng, Jeff Jordan, and Tommy Rowlands, who all wrestled at Ohio State University.[2][3][4]
Products[edit]
The Rudis line of shoes include the Kyle Snyder KS Infinity (as part of his personalized line of gear), the Sly Fox SF-Tbilisi (named after the Tbilisi wrestling tournament in Russia), and the Alpha, Alpha 2.0 and Colt models. In addition, to this Rudis also sells Rudis slides (sandals). For all day tournaments Rudis also offers a line of backpacks. Models includes the RUDIS Scout Gearpack, the RUDIS Tactical Flag Scout Gearpack, RUDIS 4082 Hiker Gearpack, RUDIS Flag Genesis Gearpack IV, RUDIS Genesis Gearpack IV, RUDIS Tactical Gearpack, Rolltop Gearpack, Sly Fox Tactical Gearpack, RUDIS Voyager Gearpack.
Rudis also sells a number of other things that a wrestler might need including, Headgear, Knee pads, and Singlets.
Apparel[edit]
In addition to strictly wrestler related gear Rudis provides several lines of normal wear. Rudis has broken down several of their male shirt options into collections which include the Thermal Collection, the Outer Wear Collection, the NTN (next to nothing) Collection, the Eco Etched Collection, the Classic Collection, and the Super Soft Collection.[5] Other products include hoodies, crewnecks, jackets, 1/4 Zips, bottomes, shorts, joggers, compressions wear, socks and underwear many of which that are branded with specific athletes from the Rudis team and with associated brands and organizations.
In addition to selling to individuals, Rudis will also sell custom wrestling gear for entire teams. Options for Gear to have customized include wrestling singlets, wrestling board shorts, t-shirts, backpacks, warm-ups and hats.[6]

Rudis has partnered with several official wrestling associations including the National Wrestling Hall of Fame, Massachusetts Usa Wrestling, Ohio RTC, OHIO USA Wrestling, Pennsylvania RTC, Georgia USA Wrestling, and the Sunkist Kids.[7]
Team Rudis[edit]
Team Rudis is a group of associated celebrity wrestlers, active and retired who enter into a branding partnership with the company. One of the first of these partnerships was announced on June 25, 2015 with Nancy Schultz and allowed Rudis to have exclusive rights to the name and likeness of former American Olympic wrestler Dave Schultz.[8] Since then team Rudis has expanded to include 10 former wrestlers and 11 current athletes.
