Rudy (2023) is an independent, coming-of-age feature film directed and produced by Shona Auerbach. It is a gentle and heartwarming drama, which tells the story of Rudy, a teenage girl living in the rural, British countryside who finds her relationship with her father being tested. The film stars Darren Day, Esther McCormick and Rustie Lee.
The film has an original score written by Japanese composer Akira Kosemura.[1]
'Rudy' premiered at the Birmingham Film Festival, where it won Best Feature Film.[2]
