The Cluster of Excellence RESOLV Ruhr Explores Solvation - EXC 2033 is an interdisciplinary research collaboration, funded by the federal and state governments of Germany, through the German Research Foundation's (German: Deutsches Forschungsgemeinschaft) Excellence Initiative. RESOLV encompasses around 50 research groups split between 6 institutions, focusing on fundamental science research in the area of solvation science.
