Running Remote is a remote work conference held annually[1] since 2018. The conference is centered around remote work trends, building remote businesses and scaling remote teams.

Attendees include companies from all around the world who provide remote work or are looking to go remote[2]. The speakers include a mix of CEOs and founders of successful remote companies.

Running Remote 2018 was held at Fivelements, Bali, Indonesia, from June 23-24.

Remote work leaders gathered in Bali on June 23-24 for Running Remote, the Largest-Ever Conference on Distributed Teams[3]

There were 250 attendees from all over the world.

It is a conference that teaches remote team[5] building and management strategies[6] to remote business owners. Running Remote 2018 provided a platform for remote team leaders to network and discuss the future of work. As such, lunches and lawn networking sessions, during which the participants were free to mingle over delicious vegetarian fare, constituted a large part of the conference.[7]
