Early Life: Rupert James Graham Lowe was born on 31 October 1957 in Oxford,England

Career: He was formerly chairman of Southampton F.C from 1996-2006 and again from 2008-2009. He entered politics with the Refurendum Party running as an MP in the Cotswolds but losing. He was an MEP for the Brexit Party. He ran in the 2024 General Election for the Great Yarmouth seat which he won. He was kicked out of Reform UK and in 2025 created Restore Britain as a Political Movement but in early 2026 he changed them into a National Political Party

Personal Life: He is married to Nicky Lowe
