Rush E is a piece of music composed for piano by YouTube creator Sheet Music Boss. Written in the key of A minor,[1][2] the piece was developed to be intentionally difficult, if not impossible, to be played by a single human pianist.[2] The song was developed as an extension of the "E" internet meme, itself a derivative of the "Lord Marquaad" meme in which the face of YouTube creator Markiplier is superimposed over the body of Shrek character Lord Farquaad.[2]
Composition[edit]
The piece is noted to have Russian classical music influences. It consists of over 30,000 individual notes, as well of hundreds of chords including upward of 30 different individual notes. A vocal overlay with a deep-echoed "E" can be observed partly through the first half of the piece.
