Rush E
Rush E is a piece of music composed for piano by YouTube creator Sheet Music Boss. Written in the key of A minor,[1][2] the piece was developed to be intentionally difficult, if not impossible, to be played by a single human pianist.[2] The song was developed as an extension of the "E" internet meme, itself a derivative of the "Lord Marquaad" meme in which the face of Markiplier is superimposed over the body of Shrek character Lord Farquaad.[2]
Composition
The piece is noted to have Russian classical music influences. It consists of over 30,000 individual notes, as well as hundreds of chords including upward of 30 different individual notes. A vocal overlay with a deep-echoed "E" can be observed partly through the first half of the piece.
