Ryan Milne (born 8 March 1992) is a Scottish international cricket umpire.[1][2] On 28 June 2022, he stood in his first Twenty20 International (T20I) match, between Malta and Spain in 2022–23 ICC Men's T20 World Cup Europe Qualifier.[3] He stood in his first One Day International (ODI) match, between Nepal and the Namibia, in 2022 Scotland Tri-Nation Series which was formed part of the 2019–2023 ICC Cricket World Cup League 2.[4]

He also stood in Women's Twenty20 International (WT20I) match, between Ireland and Netherlands in 2019 Netherlands Women's Quadrangular Series.[5]

In 2020, he was elevated to the International Panel of ICC Development Umpires.[6]
