S.T.Nandibewoor

Professor S.T. Nandibewoor is an Indian Physical Chemist who has published more than 500 scientific papers in national and international peer-reviewed journals. His work is indexed and cited in peer-reviewed journals, textbooks and Scientific Reviews (>8500 citations, h- h-index = 47). He has successfully guided 60 Students for Ph D. Degree and M. Phil. Degree. 40 of his Ph.D. students have received "Young Scientist Awards". He has completed Twelve Research Projects. ST Nandibewoor was born to Thotappa and Kotramma. He got his primary education in his hometown, Hirehadagali and continued his schooling in Koppal. ST Nandibewoor completed his SSLC and PUC in Huvinhadagali. Later, ST Nandibewoor completed his B.Sc. in Kottur and M.Sc. in Physical Chemistry at Karnatak University, Dharwad (K.U.D.). Further, he completed his Ph.D. course from Karnatak University, Dharwad in 1979, which was the first Ph D. in Physical Chemistry at that time.
