Early life

Sachin Baban Shitole was born in a Hindu Maratha Marathi family in Karjat, Ahmednagar, then Maharashtra of India. Born on October 16, 1999, in a Hindu Maratha family in Karjat, Maharashtra, he began his career as a Student Activist. His father, Baban Shitole, was a farmer. He comes from a family of RSS activists.

Sachin Shitole completed his schooling from 'Rayat Shikshan Sanstha's Mahatma Gandhi Vidyalay, Pravaranagar' and then the first year of his B.Tech from the K K Wagh College of Agricultural Engineering and Technology affiliated to Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapith, Rahuri, Maharashtra. He graduated in Agricultural Engineering from Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapith, Rahuri.

Association with ABVP

After working at the college campus, Shitole became the 'college unit president' of KKWCOAET Nashik in Maharashtra in 2017 and rose within the organisation responsible for Nashik and Maharashtra regions. He became 'Mahanagar Agrivision Convener', (leader of agriculture students) for Nashik, in 2018. He was further promoted as 'state committee member' of ABVP Maharashtra State.

Sachin Shitole was chosen as the State Agrivision Convener of the ABVP Maharashtra State on 07 February 2021. He is one of the youngest leaders to head the Agriculture Students of Maharashtra.

In September 2020, due to a COVID-19 pandemic situation, agriculture students and their families were suffering from an economical crisis, and students were facing various educational problems regarding academic fees, exam fees, results etc. ABVP submitted applications to the vice chancellor of Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapith Rahuri, but they did not respond to ABVP and students. After 15 days, agriculture students protested against the university under the leadership of the ABVP delegation led by Sachin Shitole.[2]
