Sagarmatha Secondary Boarding School was established in 1992 (2049 B.S.) in Ratnanagar Municipality, in the area of Jamunapur to provide quality education for the students. Majority of the students come from Ratnanagar, Pithuwa, Jutpani and Shaktikhor.
This school is named after the world's highest peak Mount Everest (सगरमाथा).
History[edit]
The school was established in 1992 by the eight retired government school teachers. The school operated up to primary level up to 1995 (2052 B.s.) . Then it was upgraded to secondary level. The first SLC batch was of 1996. During first batch all the student passed in first division.Till now it has passed 18th batch regarding SLC and is running its 19th Batch.
