Sagetae
From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki
The term Sagetae was used by the historians of ancient Greece to indicate some Scythian tribes. In particular, Herodotus mentions the tribes of Massagetae (Gr. Μασσαγέται[1]) and Thyssagetae (Gr. Θυσσαγέται[2]), in whose names the term Sagetae appears probably preceded by an adjective.
