Saiju Sreedharan is an Indian film editor, producer, colorist and grapic designer who predominantly works in Malayalam cinema. He co-founded Papaya Media, a designing and film production company, with his friends including Aashiq Abu. His notable works include Rani Padmini, Maheshinte Prathikaaram, Kumbalangi Nights and Virus.[1][2] In 2020, he co-produced Halal Love Story under the banner Papaya Films.[3]

Career[edit]

Saiju Sreedharan began his career as a graphic designer in films including Big B, Daddy Cool and Salt N' Pepper. Saiju edits the promotional video of Aashiq Abu's film Da Thadiya, which was a hit turns him into a full time editor began with Aashiq Abu's Gangster. Since then he mostly collaborated with Aashiq Abu, editing all the films directed and most of the films produced by him.[1][4]

Personal life[edit]

Saiju married Shilja Murali on 7 November 2010 and they have a son.[5]
