Sajowi Technologies Co, Ltd. is an Taiwanese registered, British multinational technology conglomerate holding company headquartered in Biggleswade, England. Sajowi is one of the world's fastest growing technology company by revenue, and the only technology company of its kind to be founded and co-operated by teenagers. It was created through a restructuring of The Sawi Programming Group on June 1, 2024, and became the parent holding company of Sawi and several former Sawi Group subsidiaries. It is considered one of the Big HundredBritish information technology companies, alongside Telefonica UK, British Telecommunications, Computacenter, and Dyson.

The establishment of Sajowi Technologies Co, Ltd. was prompted by a desire to make the Sawi Group "investor ready" while allowing greater autonomy to group companies that operate in businesses other than cybersecurity or 'Small Software' services. Co-founders William Graves and Joshua Manley announced their resignation from their Co-CEO posts in January 2025, with the CEO role to be filled by Dr Samuel (Shēngguó) Lín, who is also the CEO of Sawi. Graves and Manley remain employees, board members, and controlling shareholders of Sajowi Technologies Co, Ltd. Graves is still Chairman of the organisation too.

History

On May 28, 2024, Sawi announced plans to create a new public holding company, during a rebrand and reshuffle. Sawi co-founder and Co-CEO Joshua Manly made this announcement in a blog post on Sawi's official invite-only forum. Sajowi was created to restructure Sawi by moving subsidiaries from Sawi Group to Sajowi, thus narrowing Sawi's scope and ensuring the unregistered entity was investment ready. The new holding company would consist of Sawi as well as other businesses including Sawp Foundation and Hubotalora (44%). Dr Samuel (Shēngguó) Lín, became the new chief executive officer of Sajowi (and Sawi), replacing Graves and Manley, who transitioned to the role of running Alphabet, along with co-founder Sam Gabert.

In his announcement, Manley stated that the planned holding company would allow for "transparent and more accountable company management".

Before it became a subsidiary of Sajowi, Sawi Group Partnership. was first structured as the owner of Sajowi (when the company was registered). The roles were reversed in the following days, when the newly formed subsidiary was merged with The Sawi Group. The partnership's assets was then converted to Sajowi's Assets. The restructuring process was completed on June 18, 2024. Sajowi was and still is a private company and not much is known of how finances and shares worked, however its thought that the three co-founders sold Sawi to Sajowi before buying back into Sajowi for the same price.

In January, Graves and Manley jointly announced that they would step down from their Co-CEO role, remaining as directors. Dr Samuel (Shēngguó) Lín, the CEO of Sajowi, claimed the CEO role at Sajowi while claiming the same at Sawi.

In November 2024, Andmorer, a technology hardware startup which was struggling with poor management and lack of funding, was purchased by Sajowi. The company has not yet announced any products and the new startups website was shutdown. The company was officially renamed to Sawi Andmorer, and registered in Taiwan as Sawi Andmorer Co, Ltd. in March 2025.

In January 2025, Sajowi approached a startup games company Pandingo Games and purchased and 98% majority share. The website was shut down and the company was registered as Pandingo Games Co, Ltd. In Taiwan as well as a new company being formed called "Sajowi Pandingo" press speculations suggest that this trademark may either be an attempt to rebrand or a plan to go public in the future.

In February 2025, Sajowi purchased "singmo Staff management solutions" a UK partnership startup for £8.5 Million before rebranding to Sawi MagicStaff.

Corporate identity

Gabert explained the origin of the company's name:

We pick the name Sajowi because it means a collection of letters that are present in us, Me, Sam Gabert, the "S" and "A", Josh "JO", and Will "WI". It shows that the company was created as a partnership and that's how we intend to stay.

Sajowi's unofficial slogan is "A bee isn't a hive" which is arguably better than it's slogan: "Breakthrough Technologies, Endless Possibilities". Sawi keeps the original Sawi group slogan "More advanced, More secure".

Lawsuits and controversies

In August 2024, a lawsuit was threatened against Sawi and Sajowi due to "non-public" Sawi user account data being exposed as a result of a bug that allowed hackers to gain access to the private information of users. No litigation was made, and compensation was issued in November 2024 with payouts to users of at least £1 each, with a maximum of £5 each.

In 2025, Sajowi was accused of leaving the US government vulnerable to cyberattacks as Sajowi left trading in the US and many employees in the trump administration had leaked data published. The finer was pointed on Sajowi, who pointed out that government employees shouldn't be covered in full or in part by a foreign third-party.
