Muhammad Salar Shamas (born October 25, 1995) is a Pakistani singer, songwriter, producer, videographer, and businessman. Salar initially gained recognition for Ayyy Teray Bin on SoundCloud. He is known for making Urdu songs in western music genres.
Salar attended Aitchison College for his primary education and went on to attend Feltham Community College, now known as Springwest Academy, for his GCSE's and sixth form. He completed his undergraduate education at Beaconhouse National University, Lahore.
Intent on pursuing a career in music, he started the Shamas-Kaari in 2018 after releasing a number of singles on SoundCloud. He released two further E.P.’s; Dastak and ۳XS. Salar is producing for, and overseeing the careers of many musicians including Arham, Kasha, Ushbah, Shahrukh Mian, Salor and most notably Star Shah
