Sally Clarkson
Sally Clarkson is an American best-selling author, speaker, and podcast host. She came to prominence through the home-education movement in the 1990s and went on to branch out to writing on motherhood, women's issues, and education. As of now she has written more than fifteen books including the best-sellers *Mission of Motherhood*, *Own Your Life*, and *The Lifegiving Home*.
She is the host of the popular podcast *At Home With Sally* which garners millions of downloads a year.
She was born in El Paso, Texas and attended Texas Tech University where she studied English and Education. She worked as a missionary with Campus Crusade in Eastern Europe and married Clay Clarkson with whom she began the non-profit Whole Heart Ministries with an effort to support families in education and faith.
She has four children: Sarah, Joel, Nathan, and Joy.
