Saloni Thakkar
Saloni Thakkar (born 7 March 1998) is an Indian playback singer born in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
Early life
Saloni[1] started learning music at the age of 7,[2] she took formal training from her mother Poonam Thakkar. Later, she started learning Hindustani classical from Master ji. She studied in Sophia Girls Primary School, Meerut. Later, she did her degree from Mithibai College, Mumbai.
Career
Saloni Thakkar’s debut film was Veerey Ki Wedding in 2018 with the title song “Veerey ki wedding”.[3][4] She has also given her voice to the song 'So Gaya Yeh Jahan' from the movie 'Bypass Road' T-Series.[5] [6] "O Chunarwali" is a duet from The Casino (web series) 2020. Saloni’s latest song in 2022 is a duet album by ZEE MUSIC, “Zindagi Mein”, featuring (Panorama music).[7] “Mera Mirza” is a duet song by T-Series.[8][9]
Concert And other Activities
Saloni has worked in the Bollywood entertainment industry. She has performed over 300 shows in India and abroad. She has performed with Sukhwinder Singh in MTV India Season 5.[10] She also performs with Srivalli singer Javed Ali. [11]
