Sam Evans[1] (born March 5, 2003) is a British series producer. He is known for creating and producing factual content with some of his early titles including Live On The Rocks and Family Moments.
Career
In 2016, Evans featured as a contributor on CBBC programme Show Me What You're Made Of.
In May 2019, Evans started production on his first digital series Family Moments. This series followed a family from Merseyside in their day to day lives. The series premiered online later in the year.
In early 2020, due to the success of the first series, production began on a second series consisting of eight episodes. The COVID-19 pandemic later hit and forced production to shut down in March 2020, meaning the eight episode target was not possible.
In Autumn 2021, Evans started to build ideas for a new fast-release digital project.[2] After scouting a suitable area, Evans partnered with a local community page who pitched ideas of their own. Love On The Rocks, a factual series which aims to help locals find love through unusual methods of dating, began production in November 2021 and began release in December 2021.[3][4]
