Sam Pabuwal, also known as Samit Pabuwal, is an American real estate broker, mortgage broker, and loan originator based in West Hollywood, California. He is the founder and president of New American Lending, a mortgage brokerage firm, and serves as a supervising broker at Luxury Realty Partners, a real estate company in Los Angeles.[citation needed]

Pabuwal earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 2003.[citation needed]
Career
Pabuwal has worked in the mortgage, real estate, and capital markets industries for over 15 years.[citation needed] He holds a California real estate broker license (DRE #01860550) and a mortgage loan originator license (NMLS #273807).[citation needed] He is also licensed as a mortgage loan originator in Colorado, Oregon, and Idaho.[citation needed]
