Bangkok Market is a wholesale and retail market located in Bang Na-Trad KM-26,Bangkok, Thailand. It is developed and operated by the Samanea Group currently.[1][2]
History[edit]
In March 2019, construction of the first phase of the Samanea Bangkok Market project commenced.[3][4] On 29 August 2020, Samanea Bangkok Market began commencing trial operations.[1][5]

Samanea Bangkok market occupies a total area of 340,000㎡ in Bangkok, Thailand, with a planned gross floor area of 962,000㎡, and is planned to be developed in four phases. The first phase of the Bangkok market has a total gross floor area of 86,400㎡, with 618 shops.[6][7]
Phase II Project: The main planning construction area of the city is 75,000㎡, with 4 storeys and 2,382 shops.[5]
Phase III Project: The main planning construction area of the Trade City is 78,000㎡.
Phase IV: The main building area of the City is 68,000㎡.
Samanea Bangkok market is planning to build a number of complementary businesses: office buildings, commercial hotels, logistics warehouses, light industrial buildings and other integrated facilities.[1]

Samanea Bangkok Market is located 26 km east of Bangkok on the Banner Highway. Backed by the Banner Expressway from Bangkok to Chonburi, it connects Bangkok city centre, Suvarnabhumi International Airport and the largest port in the region, the Port of Rinchaban. The Market is located at the hub of Thailand's air, land and sea freight routes.[7] From Samanea Bangkok Market, Bangkok city centre and Suvarnabhumi Airport are only 40 km and 20 km away to the north respectively, while the port of Laem Chabang is only 2 hours away to the south.[7][8]
