Samidin Xhezairi (born 23 march 1963) also known as Komandant Hoxha, was an Albanian Mujahideen militant commander who fought in Kosovo War and 2001 insurgency in Macedonia.
At the start of the War in Kosovo, he joined the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) in the role of a commander. Afterwards, he joined the NLA in the 2001 insurgency in Macedonia, where he started attacking the Macedonian security forces. He was one of the commanders of the 112 Brigade, which was active in the Tetovo area.

Xhezairi joined the KLA in 1998 after having worked as a medical technician in Austria. In Kosovo he fought in the 125th brigade of the KLA which operated near Prizren. he rose through the ranks of the 125th brigade and eventually became its chief of staff.[1]
Hague[edit]
In 2019 Xhezairi and 100 other ex-guerrillas were invited by the Kosovo Specialist Chambers for questioning. His brother confirmed in a Facebook post that Xhezairi will agree to show up for questioning.[1]
