Samir Kalmoni is an entrepreneur, businessman, chief executive officer and founder of the Papaye Fast Food company, he established the company in 1991 which has now become a brand name in Ghana.[1]
Career[edit]
Kalmoni returned to Ghana after working in Dubai. In Ghana he saw a gap in the market and initially he wanted to invest his money into laundry services but later decided to invest in the fast food industry because he saw a potential growth. In 1991 he bought a plot of land at Osu and started his culinary service with twelve staff.[2][3][4]
