Samir Kalmoni is an entrepreneur, businessman, chief executive officer and founder of the Papaye Fast Food company. He established the company in 1991, which has now become a brand name in Ghana.[1]
Career
Kalmoni returned to Ghana after working in Dubai. In Ghana, he saw a gap in the market and initially wanted to invest his money into laundry services, but later decided to invest in the fast food industry because he saw potential for growth. In 1991, he bought a plot of land at Osu and started his culinary service with twelve staff.[2][3][4]
