Samuel Dapiya is a Nigerian politician and Director General of Plateau Environmental Protection and Sanitation Agency(PEPSA) appointed by Governor Caleb Mutfwang in February 2024.[1][2][3]

Samuel was born in Mangu.
Environmental Sanitation Enforcement
As the Director-General of the state's environmental and sanitation agency, Samuel has mobilized sanitation officers across several markets within Jos metropolis including Bukuru and Terminus to enforce sanitation. Through advocacy via radio talk shows, public-spirited celebrities, Samuel has appealed to the public for proper waste disposal and management across the State's capital.[4][5]
Samuel toured around Jos with stakeholders to evacuate blocked drainages apparently to prevent flooding during rainy seasons.[6]
