Samuele Pieri (born 28 February 2002) is an Italian professional tennis player. He has a career-high ATP singles ranking of No. 704, achieved on 2 December 2024, and a doubles ranking of No. 770, achieved on 21 October 2024.
Early life
Pieri is from Tuscany.[1][2] He played for TC Borgo San Lorenzo and TC Bisenzio in Prato.[3][4]
Junior career
In 2012, he reached the final of the U10 Lemon Bowl, but lost to compatriot Lorenzo Musetti.[5]
Professional career
In March 2021, he won his first professional doubles title at the M15 Magic Hotel Tours series in Monastir, partnering compatriot Daniele Capecchi.[6] In April 2024, he received a wildcard into the qualifying competition of the Sardegna Open, but lost in the first round to compatriot Andrea Pellegrino.[7]
In April 2025, he entered the pre-qualifying tournament of the Italian Open as its top seed.[8][9]
