Dr. Sandesh Lamsal (in Nepali: डा. सन्देश लम्साल), born on 17th August 1994, in the Dang district of Nepal, is a Nepalese internet celebrity, doctor, sportsman, social media influencer, model and social worker known for his creative videos on different social media platforms and achievements on his social, professional & public life. According to different sources, Dr. Sandesh Lamsal is the "First Nepalese Internet Celebrity" to be verified on all social media platforms including Google, Yahoo, Bing, Amazon, YouTube, Telegram, TikTok, Likee, Moj, Josh, Chingari, Tiki, Hoote and Vero app in 2022. He is also considered the "Most Handsome Nepali Man" by different news sources, based on his astonishing social media posts, bold character and hot photographs found on the internet.[1] [2][3][4][5]
Early Life and Biography[edit]
Dr. Sandesh Lamsal was born on August 17, 1994, in a Brahmin family in the Dang district of Nepal. He is the first child of Ganesh Lamsal and Sushila Lamsal. Dr. Sandesh went to Russia in 2015 to study after receiving a scholarship in MBBS from the Russian government. He did not only studied and played sports there but also worked as a diplomat.[6]Dr. Sandesh was appointed as the Representative of Nepal in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region under the office of the Honorary Consul of Nepal just after it was opened in St. Petersburg, Russia under Alexander Trentev's leadership in 2016.[7][8][9] He created a group of students there and actively organized many programs for the promotion of Nepali Culture, tradition and tourism in Russia.[10] Dr. Sandesh is very active on social media platforms also. He has created videos in entertainment, health, beauty, sports and social awareness. He has collaborated with many popular social media influencers and his content have been appreciated by many Bollywood stars.[11][12] [13]He passed the 2 Dan Black belt certification of World Taekwondo on 2018 and has also participated on many competitions in Nepal and Russia during his sport career.[14][15] Dr. Sandesh has significantly contributed on the promotion of Nepal's tourism and culture under the office the Honorary Consul of Nepal in St. Petersburg, Russia.[16] He is the one and only Nepalese who has contributed on United Nations as a Online Volunteer and also on FIFA Confederation Cup 2017 and FIFA World Cup 2018 as a Medical Volunteer.[17][18] He is also the organizer and lecturer of the "Nepal Fest" event held in St. Petersburg, Russia to help the victims of the 2015 earthquake.[19][20]
