Sanjeev Tyagi (also Sanjeev Tyaagi, born 29 June 1972) is an Indian actor who worked in number of television shows and movies. He is best known for his role of Abhimanyu Jindal, an angry police inspector in popular Indian show Crime Patrol and policemen in Akshay Kumar’s movie Baby. He is most popular television actor in India and called “TELEVISION KA SINGHAM” by fans. His dialogue “KUTTO SAALE KO” from Crime patrol is also very famous on internet.

Early Life[edit]

Sanjeev Tyagi was born on 29 June 1972 in a village near Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India. In childhood, he was a very bright student but very shy. He did a graduate degree from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut which is called as Meerut University at that time. As he was very shy, so his college seniors told him to do theatre to get rid of shyness. As obedient junior, he did the same. He did lots of plays in these 3 year and developed a passion for the craft.

Career[edit]

  • Before 2000
    • With passion he came to Mumbai to fulfil his dreams of becoming an actor. He did lot to theatre here also and start doing voicing and dubbing jobs while giving audition for acting.
  • 2000–2010: Television debut and other shows
    • Tyagi began his career at DD National Shows.Later he did Kabhi aaye na Judaai, Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii],Raavan and Karam Dharam Apna.
  • 2011-present: Film debut, Crime Patrol and other films and shows
    • His debut film is Money Devo Bhava and then did Baby with Akshay Kumar and Hanak, a film based on the life of Vikas Dubey. In television, He got fame with his role of Abhimanyu Jindal in Crime Patrol and Crime Patrol 2.0. Also, did Junoon - Aisi Nafrat Toh Kaisa Ishq, Adaalat, Bin Bitiya Swarg Adhoora, Million Dollar Girl and Courtroom: Sachchai Hazir Ho. His upcoming movies are Beeru, Aazam and Yes Papa. He also did web series like suranga and television advertisements.

Personal Life[edit]

He married to Dipali Tyagi on 7 December 2001 in Mumbai. He has one children also from this marriage. He did share so much of his personal life but share photos of him and family on Instagram.
