Sanjiv Augustine is an American entrepreneur, agile and lean professional, author, speaker, management consultant and trainer. Sanjiv is the CEO and Founder of LitheSpeed, LLC., a boutique agile consultancy and training facility headquartered in the Washington, D.C., metro area.

Augustine is the author of several books, including "From PMO to VMO: Managing for Value Delivery and Managing Agile Projects."

Augustine has been working on agile management for the past decade, and has worked with agile luminaries Jim Highsmith, Alistair Cockburn, David Anderson, and Jeff Sutherland to advance knowledge in this rapidly evolving field. Augustine is a practicing agile executive, and has personally applied and refined progressive management techniques in this quest.

Augustine is one of the contributing authors of the Declaration of Interdependence and a keynote speaker at agile and project management conferences worldwide.
