Sara'ba

Sara'ba is a typical Makassar drink with ginger juice and spices mixed with milk. This drink has a taste similar to the bandrek drink. This drink is often found in Sulawesi areas such as Manado, Makassar, Kendari, and several other areas.[1] In Makassar itself, *Sara'ba* is widely available on Jalan Sungai Cerekang, which serves as the hub for this drink. There, it is served alongside various fritters, such as fried bananas, cassava, and *bakwan* (vegetable fritters).
