Sarah Di Lorenzo (born 1972) is an Australian TV presenter, clinical nutritionist, public speaker and creator of the "10:10" diet, which has spawned a series of bestselling books for Simon & Schuster Australia.[1] She contributes to publications such as Women's Health[2] and has appeared on the cover of News Limited's health and wellness magazine, Body+Soul.

Biography[edit]

A former model,[3] Di Lorenzo appears weekly on Seven Network’s morning shows Sunrise and Weekend Sunrise and released her first book in 2022, The 10:10 Diet. This was followed the same year by The 10:10 Diet Recipe Book and in 2023 with The 10:10 Kickstart.

In February 2023 it was reported in Australia's book-industry magazine Books+Publishing that Di Lorenzo had generated over $1 million in revenue for Simon & Schuster Australia from her 10:10 titles.[4]
