Sarah Ellen Przybylska .[1] is a barrister who specialises in criminal law. Since March 2020 she has served as one of the Treasury Counsel at the Old Bailey,[2] prosecuting serious criminal cases.[1]

Przybylska was educated at Chelmsford County High School for Girls and King's College, Cambridge, where she read Classics. She was called to the Bar from the Middle Temple in 2006 and practised as a barrister at 2 Hare Court on the South Eastern Circuit.[3] She was appointed as Junior Treasury Counsel in 2020.[4]

Notable cases[edit]

Przybylska has prosecuted a number of high profile cases including Darren Osborne, the Finsbury Park attacker; Dennis McGrory, prosecuted for the murder of Jacqueline Montgomery in the oldest ever double jeopardy case, and Aman Vyas, the E17 nightstalker[5]. She defended the notorious former Chelsea Headhunter Des O'Flynn[6] in the UK's largest ever counterfeiting prosecution[7] She represented the Jersey Attorney General in the Jersey Care Inquiry. She acted for Paul Chambers in the Twitter Joke Trial
