Saraikistan of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is a geographic sub-region within the larger Saraikistan, where the native language Saraiki is spoken. It comprises the southern end of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan (Dera Ismail Khan and Tank districts).[1]
