Satvic Movement is a non-profit health education platform focused on bringing mankind closer to nature. Founded by Subah Saraf and Harshvardhan Saraf in 2017[1], Satvic Movement has reversed chronic diseases in thousands of people without the use of medicines. Common diseases reversed are diabetes, PCOD, PCOS, hypertension, cholesterol and obesity. Satvic Movement is a proponent of healing through lifestyle changes, diet and yoga. [2]

As of July 2022, Satvic Movement has 4.12 million subscribers on YouTube.[3]

Workshops[edit]

Satvic Movement regularly hosts workshops related to lifestyle, healing and yoga. Some of its prominent workshops include the 3-Day Juice Fast[4], 21-Day Yoga Challenge [5] and a weekly Health Transformation Workshop. [6]

Food Book[edit]

Subah Saraf, the co-founder of Satvic Movement authored and self-published the Satvic Food Book, which contains over 45 plant based healing recipes. [7] The follow up Satvic Food Book 2 was launched in June 2022.
