Scarborough Group International is a UK-based, privately-owned real estate developer and investor with strategic business interests in the Far East and Europe.[1].

Its UK operational office locations and development activities are principally focused around the Northern Powerhouse cities of Leeds, Manchester, Scarborough and Sheffield, with additional offices in London and Edinburgh.

History[edit]

Scarborough Group International’s roots trace back to the mid-1960s, when Founder and Chairman Kevin McCabe commenced his career in the construction and property industry as a Quantity Surveyor. In 1976, Kevin created his first corporation, County Properties Ltd, which evolved into the first version of the Scarborough Group in 1980.
