Schuyler Hayden
Schuyler Hayden (born Lewis Andrews Hayden; September 11, 1941 – September 25, 1979) was an American film actor. He was the father of three children, including actress/wrestler Ursula Hayden, singer Angelica Hayden and Zoa Hayden.
Early life[edit]
Hayden grew up in Los Angeles, California.
Career[edit]
In 1963 Hayden started his career as a Bellboy on the television show Stoney Burke. Then in 1965 Hayden personally put up 200 hundred thousand dollars to finance the movie Rat Fink.[1] His starring role in that movie was lauded by Variety, who called him "one of the best hunks of acting by an unknown actor to be viewed in years." In 1967 Hayden only made one other picture Riot on Sunset Strip[2] before he was killed in a plane crash in San Diego, California sadly leaving 3 kids behind.
The only supposable master copy of his movie Rat Fink burned in a fire and was no where to be found for years.[3] His 3 children never even saw the movie till 2017 when a man restored a copy that he found in an old film warehouse. Then it was later released on blueray through Amazon[4]
