Scott Aharoni (born January 4, 1994) is an American film director, producer, film-maker and story teller engaged in creating short film and music videos. In 2015, Aharoni along with his partner, Dennis Latos, co-founded DUO Entertainment, an upcoming talent in film making.[1][2]
Career
Aharoni along with his friend Latos produced a short film titled “Bardo”. The duo received much more recognition than they expected during the premiere at The Dolby Theatre, New York City.[3][4] The film is important to mention that the film received 5 nomination and 8 awards. The duo also carried forward their work on to their second short film under the name “The Untimely Gift”.[5]
They met at the Middle school and since then complemented each other in editing, directing and producing the film that was written by Petros Georgiadis.[6] The films were submitted to highly acclaimed film festivals all around the world. [7][8] DUO Entertainment has been recognized as one of the emerging talent in film industry by CBS News just after the premier of the second short film as finalist at Bermuda International Film Festival.[9][10]
