Scott Foster (basketball referee)
Scott Foster (born April 8, 1967 in Woodbine, Md.) is a professional basketball referee in the National Basketball Association.
Foster is connected disgraced referee Tim Donaghy who admitted to gambling on basketball games he was a part of.[1] Foster came up in a Fox News report in that he and Donaghy exchanged 304 phone calls during a time period of December 2006 and April 2007.
